PROCESSING TIME
Once your order is received, it takes up to 2-3 weeks to process the item(s) in your order.

SHIPPING

Shipping times vary, depending on where you live and which delivery method you chose during checkout.

We ship USPS. This includes 1st Class, Priority shipping and Express shipping.
USPS does NOT guarantee any specific delivery date, but is fairly fast.
Keep in mind they do not ship on Sundays or Holidays.

For all international orders, Ana Brandt is NOT responsible for any fees related to or for customs and/or entry into your country. The shipping fees you pay are quoted to us by USPS to get your item from our location to yours. Additional fees will be customer's responsibility.

GUARANTEED SHIPPING
We also have the option of shipping items with FedEx.
The arrival date is GUARANTEED with FedEx.
FedEx 1 & 2 night overnight fees start at $25.00,
and increases, depending on where you live.
We charge a $5 handling fee for taking your order to the FedEx location.
FedEx will charge the actual shipping fees to your credit card.
Any excess shipping fees you have paid us through the Ana Brandt shop will be refunded to you.
If you would like to use FedEx, please indicate this in the notes of your transaction. Add any notes on specifics we may need to know and we will be in touch with you. If you email us about this, we will need a 24-hour notice to ship your order via FedEx.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custom, handmade nature of most of our products, we DO NOT accept ANY returns or provide refunds on our products.

Regarding Exchanges, if there is a defect or incorrect nature of the item you received – you must be in contact with us within 7 days of receiving your product AND the product must be unused/unworn. If BOTH of these requirements are not met, we cannot be responsible for an exchange of any item. If these conditions are met (you are in contact with us within 7 days of receipt of your order, AND the item is not used or worn), we can then discuss the situation and how we will proceed. This communication must be handled immediately after you receive your order, and the item MUST BE returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your item. We DO NOT offer exchanges of any sort after you have had your order for 30 days or more.
